I am not really a pocket knife guy, if you define said guy as someone who collects/carries a variety of knives regularly. Years ago (maybe decades now) a friend gifted me a Opinel No.08 Carbon Steel Folding Knife. It comes in handy around the house largely and is my go to (probably overkill) for opening up a package. It is probably a top 10 favorite object of mine.
